If you checked out as a guest, keep the order number from the Order received page and order email. Open Track your order and enter both your Order ID and Billing email. If you signed in or created an account at checkout, open My Account and choose Orders. A guest order is not automatically attached to an account created later.

Orders ship directly from China. Check the product page for preparation time. Estimated transit is generally 7–18 business days after dispatch, but customs, carrier, weather, and destination conditions can cause delays.

When tracking is available, it is added to the WooCommerce order after dispatch. A carrier scan can take time to appear.

Only products that explicitly describe an available customization can be customized. Confirm spelling, size, and other choices before checkout because personalized items may not be returnable for a change of mind.

Eligible non-customized items may be submitted for review within 30 days of delivery. Every request is reviewed before return instructions or a refund decision is issued. See the Return Policy for exclusions and damaged or incorrect items.

Use the verified channel shown on the Contact page. If no channel is shown, online customer support is not yet enabled and orders should not be placed through a production checkout.
